Basic Robot Programming KSS 4.x, KSS 5.x (KR C2)
Goal

The goal of the seminar is to acquire the following skills:

  • Operating a robotic cell in compliance with the relevant safety regulations
  • Jogging the robot in all available coordinate systems
  • Creating robot programs with motions and logic functions using KUKA inline forms
  • Declaring and using simple local variables, loops and global sub-programs in KRL (KUKA robot language)

  • Safety instruction for the KUKA industrial robot
  • Operating the robot system
  • Knowledge and usage of the coordinate systems
  • Methods of tool calibration and tool load data
  • Performing mastering
  • Usage of the navigator, creating programs and archiving of programs
  • Usage of motion programming
  • Inserting, deleting and manipulating points
  • Limited position correction
  • Usage of logic and gripper programming
  • Introduction to the expert level
  • Working with Automatic External
Completion
  • The course ends with an achievement test
  • A certificate is issued on successful completion of the course
